About Me

  • 2009-2013: Studied Physical Education and Sports Science in Komotini, Greece.

  • 2015-2016: Began career by training a local volleyball team’s mini division.

  • 2016–2019: Worked as a trainer in a local gym.

  • 2019-Present: Dedicated to helping others achieve their fitness goals and discover their inner strength, through personal training.

My Philosophy

Fitness is about more than just looks—it’s the key to a longer, healthier life. I focus on improving healthspan and lifespan through strength, endurance, and mobility. Research says that grip strength and VO₂max are essential for building resilience and overall vitality.

Angelos is an excellent personal trainer. He has helped me to get to a level of good health and fitness after surgery and ill health that I did not believe was possible. He designs his training to fit with the individual and he’s been remarkable in improving my posture - when you slump it ages you - and he’s helped me get my shoulders back and look taller and be stronger. Every time I am in Tinos , I work out with Angelis, he is amazingly talented and a diligent thoughtful trainer.
